1.2 Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable food items, we do not offer refunds for them. However, if you receive a perishable item that is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet the quality standards, please contact our customer support within 1 day of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiation: To initiate a refund or return, please contact our support team at hello@jungle.kitchen. Provide us with your order details, including the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Approval: Our support team will review your request and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2.3 Return Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
