Add a tropical twist to your meals with this sweet and spicy Pineapple Chutney. Perfect as a dip, spread, or side dish, its vibrant flavours will elevate any dish with a touch of island-inspired charm.
Ingredients

1 can Spiced Pineapple Chunks

1 onion sliced

2-3 cloves garlic minced

Salt and pepper (to taste)

1 tsp of paprika or chilli
Directions
In a pan heat up the oil, add in the onion and fry until soft.
Next add the garlic and fry until fragrant followed by the spices and the pineapple chunks.
Cook on low flame for about 20-30 minutes until the pineapple becomes very soft and almost breaks apart.
Take off heat, allow to cool and using an immersion blender, blend for about 30-40 seconds for a smooth chutney or less for a chunkier version.
