Ingredients

1 can of Jungle Jack

1 can of Coconut Sambol

200g Cheese of choice

Chutney of choice
-
Bread of choice
-
1 onion, sliced

Spices of choice

Salt and pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon oil
Directions
In a hot pan, add the oil, followed by the sliced onions and spices of your choice.
Stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes until fragrant.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat. Let the mixture cool.
Slice your bread and experiment with flavour combinations. Some of our favourites include pineapple chutney, stir-fried Jungle Jack, Coconut Sambol, and cheese.
On a lightly buttered pan, assemble your melt and toast until golden on both sides.
