Flavourful yet subtle, JUNGLE JACK absorbs and complements the spices and seasoning it is cooked with. I discovered Jungle Jack at Singapore Boutique Fair quite by accident but so glad I did! I’ve now replaced beef mince with this product and it’s SO DELICIOUS. I use it for lasagne, bolognese, burritos…everything. Hurrah for Jungle Kitchen 🫶

I recently tried Jungle Jack by Jungle Kitchen, and I’m so impressed! This vegan minced meat is completely natural, with no preservatives, and it's incredibly easy to work with. The texture is spot on—perfect for all kinds of dishes. I used it to make burgers, meatloaf, and spaghetti with meatballs, and every dish turned out absolutely delicious. My favorite way to eat Jungle Jack is to make it into patties or balls and fry or bake, and serve with rice, noodles or on a bread bun. It’s so versatile, delicious and made up of nutritious ingredients. A personal favorite from Jungle Kitchen.

A pantry staple going forward
So I had vegetarian friends coming over - and decided to make bolognaise with this - and it was the easiest most delicious thing ever. I cooked it with a little onion, ginger, garlic, added tomato pulp, a little bit of chilli crisp to give it an arrabbiata kick - and my dinner guests LOVED it. One can was more than enough for dinner for 5! Such a good staple to keep in the pantry, and such an easy weeknight option too. I so prefer this to fake vegetarian meats - this is made from an actual whole food. And I love that I am supporting a women-led business. Ordering more!!!
