                      Ingredients
-
100g minced red onion
 -
3 cloves garlic, grated
 -
0.5-inch piece ginger, grated
 -
10g finely chopped dill (or herb of choice)
 -

1 can Jungle Jack
 -
2 tbsp oil
 -
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Break up any large clumps of mince and knead gently for 4-5 minutes until the mixture forms a smooth, clay-like consistency.
Shape into meatballs or patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat.
Add the meatballs, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded. Let them sear for 1 minute before flipping.
Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.
Drain on a kitchen towel and serve as desired. Enjoy!
