This versatile plant-based mince is made with young jackfruit, beetroot, moringa, kohila, and other herbs & spices. Flavourful yet subtle, JUNGLE JACK absorbs and complements the spices and seasoning it is cooked with. Its naturally meaty texture can be easily shaped into burger patties, and meatballs or used as a minced meat substitute.

My favorite way to eat Jungle Jack is to make it into patties or balls and fry or bake, and serve with rice, noodles or on a bread bun. It’s so versatile, delicious and made up of nutritious ingredients. A personal favorite from Jungle Kitchen.
